HAUTE CUISINE – IN THE BAR OF CHOCOLATE
Fine chocolate selection “3 broliai”, the name of which narrates a story of three brothers, is a joint creation by chef Deivydas Praspaliauskas together with the local chocolate manufactory “La Naya”.
Cocoa beans, used in our choccy delicacies, cross long miles from Asia as well as South and Central America; we pick coconut blossom nectar instead of sugar. Despite those few exotic ingredients, we remain faithful to local Lithuanian treasures: extraordinary for a chocolate bar, yet cosy for the soul, ingredients like honey, rye bread, acorns or herbs, remain dominant.
